Customers receive a weekly invoice and have a variety of invoicing options 

 For your convenience, you may pay your bill online with a credit card, or select from several payment options suited for your specific needs.

Customer Claims

If you have a lost or damaged package, we are here to help.

Claims of loss or damage to a package must be submitted through a completed claim request form to GLS US within 90 days of the scheduled shipment date. Claim forms are available through the Customer Service Center.
